I’m a psychotherapist who has worked with many folks who have survived narcissistic relationships. I also have been through it myself, both in my childhood and as an adult. The patterns and cycles can continue even when we don’t realize it.

Learn about these dynamics and what to do about them in this 2 hour interactive educational online workshop via Zoom. I will offer psychoeducation and resources on healing from narcissistic relationships. 

We will cover:

• Core Concepts in Narcissistic Power Dynamics

• Types of Narcissism (Covert, Overt)

• Identifying Patterns and Cycles of Narcissism and Dependency 

• Tools to work within these relationships without losing yourself (sometimes leaving is not an option ) 

• Tools for boundary setting and gray rock method 

• Tools for leaving and/or going no contact 

• Systems of power and oppression that impact our experience 

• Integrative and Somatic Tools for Healing

This workshop is for those of you struggling with a relationship from the present or past. It’s also a space for folks who just want to learn more about narcissism and codependency. Therapists who participate will learn tools to support their clients.

Note: This is not therapy or a support group. This is an educational interactive workshop where you will be invited to share some of your experiences but it is not required. There will be small and large group discussions with group guidelines to create an emotionally safe online space. This workshop is for folks 18+
